Meet Tracie Eaton
Tracie Eaton is a multi-award-winning contemporary artist internationally recognised for her emotionally driven, colour-led artworks.
Living with epilepsy since the age of 15, Tracie understands firsthand the challenges that can accompany a lifelong condition. Despite these challenges, she has built an internationally recognised artistic career, with her work exhibited, collected, and celebrated around the world.

Today, she combines her lived experience, creative expertise, and passion for helping others to deliver workshops that inspire confidence, connection, and personal growth.
Her message is simple:
Your challenges do not define your potential.

Tracie's workshops are not about creating perfect paintings.
They are about creating opportunities.

Benefits of Creative Wellbeing Programs
Creative activities engage multiple areas of the brain simultaneously, providing a rich and rewarding experience that supports both personal development and wellbeing.
Participants may benefit from:
Hand-Eye Coordination
Creative activities encourage participants to translate visual information into physical action, helping strengthen coordination and spatial awareness.
Fine Motor Skills
Painting, drawing, puzzles, and creative projects support dexterity, grip control, and precision through enjoyable hands-on activities.
Concentration and Focus
Creative projects require attention to detail and sustained engagement, helping participants strengthen focus while working towards a completed outcome.
Problem Solving and Decision Making
Participants are encouraged to make choices, overcome challenges, and explore creative solutions, building confidence and independence.
Mindfulness and Stress Management
Creative activities encourage participants to slow down, focus on the present moment, and become immersed in a calming and rewarding experience.
Confidence Around Anxiety
Many participants find art provides a comfortable and non-judgemental environment where they can express themselves, engage socially, and build confidence.
Exercising Both Sides of the Brain
Creativity naturally combines logical thinking and imagination, engaging emotional expression, planning, colour recognition, pattern identification, problem-solving, and innovation simultaneously.
Social Connection
Workshops provide opportunities to connect with others, share experiences, and participate in meaningful group activities.
