Letting go of pressure. Expressing what you can’t always put into words. Reconnecting with a part of yourself that’s been quiet for too long.  And using painting and the creative process to do so.

You don’t need experience. You don’t need confidence. You just need to show up.

What you’ll experience

Guided by Tracie Eaton, you’ll be taken through a process that is simple, freeing and surprisingly powerful:

• Learn acrylic painting foundations without feeling overwhelmed

• Explore abstract and expressive painting techniques

• Use colour as a way to express emotion

• Paint intuitively - without overthinking

• Create something that feels personal and real

This isn’t about painting like anyone else.  It’s about discovering what happens when you stop holding back.

Your Full day painting retreat includes:

• Full day guided creative retreat suitable for artists and beginners

• All painting materials and supplies

• Lunch and afternoon refreshments

• Sunset drinks & nibbles to close the day

• Your own completed artwork

This retreat is limited to 10 people and held three times per year on the Gold Coast.
